How do I order a custom length cable or adjustment that is not on the webshop?

What colors are available for the BNC connector boot?

Currently black, red, blue, green, yellow, orange, purple, white and gray.

What colors are available for the reel connector?

Currently Neutrik offers black, red, blue, green, yellow and white. Purple and orange are availble in 3D print. Other colors can be custom made with 3D print on request!

What colors are available for the sleeve?

What type of sleeve will be used?

Using Techflex brand sleeves and unbranded sleeves, depending on the color that is requested.

How is the cable length being measured?

Front of the connector to the other front of the connector. E.g. a 0.2 m cable is 0.2 m including the connectors plus approx. 2 cm of margin.

How is the split on the SDI & Power Combo cable being measured?

Both power and video have a loose section (split) of 12 cm on both ends. In case of different dimensions, please fill in the request form or send an email.

Are you using official LEMO connectors?

Official LEMO connectors are being used unless otherwise stated.

How long will it for my order to be processed?

Most cable orders typically have a lead time of up to two weeks for most assemblies, but extended lead times may occur without prior notice. Due to the duration of the lead time, orders cannot be canceled. If you require a cable by a specific time or date, it is highly recommended to send an email for lead time inquiries.

My order is damaged, what to do?

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service at service@videokabelsnoord.nl within 5 days of receiving the order. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

What are the payment options?

Payment through iDEAL | Wero, American Express, VISA or Mastercard.

What are the shipping options?

All orders will be shipped using DHL, UPS or DPD, trusted logistics partners. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. Please fill in the request form or send an email to info@videokabelsnoord.nl in case you’re country is not listed at the checkout.

How long will it for my order to be shipped?

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation of an order is only possible within 24 hours after receiving the order confirmation. After this period, the order is considered final, and cancellations will not be accepted.

Can I return my order?

All products are considered custom-made for the customer’s specific requirements. Due to the customized nature of the products, returns are not accepted.

What is the warranty period for your products?

We provide a warranty period of six (6) months from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in the cable caused by faulty materials or incorrect assembly. The warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from normal use, wear and tear, improper use, or external influences.
