Which colors are available for the connectors?
Black, red, blue, green, yellow, orange, purple, white and gray.
Which colors are available for the cable drum connector?
Black, red, blue, green, yellow and white.
How is the length being measured?
Front of the connector to the other front of the connector. E.g. a 0.2 m cable is 0.2 m including the connectors plus about 2 cm margin.
How is the split on the SDI & Power 12V Combo cable being measured?
Both power and video have a loose section (split) of 12 cm on both ends. In case of different dimensions, please fill in the request form or send an email.
What type of sleeve will be used?
Using Techflex brand sleeves and unbranded sleeves, depending on the color that is requested.
Are you using official LEMO connectors?
Official LEMO connectors are being used, not the Chinese knockoffs. Unless otherwise stated.
How long will it take to be shipped?
Most cable orders typically have a lead time of up to two weeks for most assemblies, but extended lead times may occur without prior notice. Due to the duration of the lead time, orders cannot be canceled. If you require a cable by a specific time or date, it is highly recommended to send an email for lead time inquiries.
